Shree Ostwal Builders Ltd. (SOBL) Was Established In 1989 As A Limited Company Under Company’s Act 1956. The Chief Promoter Of The Company Is Shri Umrao Singh Ostwal. The Board Of Directors Consist Of Members Of The Ostwal Family. The Company Was Established With A Capital of Rs. 10 Lacs Only Which Has Now Increased To Several Folds with the Registrar of Companies.
The Company Has Constructed Over 500 Commercial And Residential Buildings And Have Also Developed Several Multi-Storeyed Towers And Townships. Some Of Them Are As Follows:
1. Ostwal Park In Bhayandar [East] Having 15 Buildings
2. Ostwal Nagari In Nalla Sopara [East] Having 25 Buildings, A Sai Baba Mandir, And School - U.S. English Academy An ISO 9001:2015 Certified Jr Kg To HSC (Maharashtra Board)
3. Ostwal Empire in Boisar, a Mega Township Having 50 Buildings and a School - U.S. Ostwal English Academy an ISO 9001:2015 Certified, CBSE Board.
